1. Milk, lemon and glycerin:
For glowing skin in winter, mix one tablespoon of milk, one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of glycerin to make a paste. Gently rub on the face. Wash off after 2 to 3 minutes. The best way to cleanse and soften skin.
۔ Banana and Country Cream:
Take a tablespoon of fully cooked banana paste and mix one tablespoon of Malik cream well. Apply this paste well on the neck and face. Leave on for 5 minutes and then wash off. This paste will not only retain the moisture of the skin but will also clear the skin color and create a natural glow.
۔ Avocado (but pear) and olive oil:
Mix two tablespoons of cooked avocado pulp with one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply on face and neck. Allow to absorb for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse with fresh water. This paste will also brighten the skin color and refresh the skin.
۔ Egg, honey and olive oil:
To make this whitening face pack for winter, beat an egg in a bowl, mix a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix all three well and apply on a clean face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
۔ Barley porridge and milk:
A mixture of oatmeal and milk is also very beneficial for the skin. Mix one teaspoon of porridge, two tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon of water and soak for fifteen to twenty minutes then apply on face. Leave on for 20 minutes and then rinse with clean water.
۔ Honey, yogurt and rose:
Take two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of yogurt, one small cup of rose petals and two tablespoons of rose liqueur and mix well to make a paste. Apply on face and neck. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and apply a good moisturizer.
۔ Turmeric, yogurt and canola peels:
Two tablespoons of yogurt, half a tablespoon of turmeric and two tablespoons of dried canola powder. Mix all three and apply on clean face and neck for 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse with fresh water. This simple recipe is very useful for facial color and glow in winter.
۔ Yogurt and honey:
Mix two tablespoons of yogurt and one tablespoon of honey to make a paste. Apply on face and neck and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse with fresh water.
۔ Almonds and milk:
Consumption of almonds and milk is beneficial not only in winter but also for the whole year. The presence of vitamin E in almonds protects against sunburn. While milk not only cleanses the skin but also provides moisture to the depths of the skin.
Soak four or five almonds in water overnight, peel and grind them in the morning and mix one tablespoon of raw milk to make a paste. Apply on clean face and wash off after 5 minutes.
