Ingredients Required:
4 bread slices
2 tsp oil
½ onion, finely chopped
½ cup corn,
1 carrot, finely chopped
½ capsicum, chopped
1 tsp crushed pepper optional
salt to taste
Preparation Method:
In a large kadai heat oil and fry onions,further add corn, carrot and capsicum. fry for a minute till the veggies are half cooked
Add peeper and salt as per taste
Heat the tava
Add butter to tava
Spread butter on both the outer sides of bread to make sandwich more crispy and golden. Place veg mixture in between bread slice roast turn to golden brown and turn bread
slice using spatula
Roast two side of slice
Serve with tea or coffee
