CHOCOLATE BURFI
INGREDIENTS:
MILK POWDER : 1 CUP
SUGAR POWDER : 1 CUP
COCOA POWDER : 4 tbsp
RAW MILK : 1/2 CUP
GHEE : 4 tbsp
DRY FRUITS : 1/2 CUP
MARIE BISCUITS:4 SLICES (OPTIONAL)
PROCEDURE:
Take a pan, put (4tbsp) of ghee into it, pour milk into it. add sugar powder into it and stir well. now set it to low flame and add milk powder and cocoa powder into it. stir well in the low flame upto 15 mins.add biscuits which is powdered for thickness , and dryfruits of ur choice and mix it well. put it in a mould and rest it to cool for about 2 hrs or you can refrigerate it, and then cut it as per your desired shape.
