heat rash:
In extreme heat, the sweat glands in the body sometimes become blocked and sweat does not come out of the body, which causes fine rashes to appear on the skin and itching in them. If these rashes break out, they can be caused by sweating. I feel a sting.
Treatment:
Make a paste by mixing basin and rose water. Apply it on the heaters and leave it for 5 minutes then wash it off with cold water.
Multani soil can also be used instead of basin.
Soak a tea bag in cold water and rub it on the grains.
Cold yogurt can also be applied to heaters, leave on for 5 to 6 minutes and wash off with plain water.
Precautions:
Wear light and loose clothing.
Exercise in the colder part of the day.
Keep the skin cool and dry.
Don't use creams or ointments on the skin as it can block the sweat glands.
Acne:
When sweat comes in contact with skin oils and bacteria, it can close the pores of the skin.
Mix one tablespoon of Multani mud with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to make a paste.
Leave on for 4 to 5 minutes on the pimples.
Soak a clean cloth in lukewarm water and clean it.
This mask will cleanse the skin and absorb excess oil and will also soften and soften the skin.
Treatment:
Put lots of neem leaves in 5 liters of water and take a bath. When the water cools down, wash the affected area twice a day.
Mix one part apple cider vinegar or white vinegar in two parts plain water and apply on the affected area with the help of a clean cloth.
Sweat odor:
Excessive sweating in summer causes body odor. Bacteria accumulate on the parts of the body where sweat is produced and produce hydrogen sulfide which causes body odor.
Stink removal methods:
Drink 2 to 3 glasses of water daily.
Take daily baths.
After bathing, apply plain talcum powder or antifungal powder.

Use deodorant.
