maida flour : 1cup
oil : 2tbsp
ginger garlic paste:1 tbsp
onion: 1 medium sized
spices:which i have written in description box with same measurements
salt: to taste
PROCESS :first prepare your puff pastry dough,take a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil,add 1 medium finely chopped onion,1 chopped green chilli,saute for 2 min,add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste,saute untill raw flavours dissapears,add 3 medium chopped tomatoes,cook untill tomatoes turn soft,add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder,1/2 tbsp of chilli powder,1tbsp coriander powder,add 1tbsp of salt,1/4tbsp of garam masala,saute for 30 to 40 seconds.add a glass of water to it,stir well. now allow it to cool completely.
now take your dough ,spread it into thick sheet by dusting the flour,cut the edges,divide into 4 sheets,now take a cooled masala and put it in centre of
all four sheets.apply water on all sides put boiled egg which is cut into half over it,and fold them by all corners and bake them for about 15 to 20 mins under 250 degree celsius then its ready to serve.
PREPERATION OF DOUGH: take maida flour in a bowl,add salt to it and mix with water till it become a soft dough.
