Home Remedies for Knee Pain
Knee pain is common these days. Knee pain is more common in older people, but nowadays, due to lack of calcium and other nutrients in the diet, bones and joints start to ache even at a young age.
More women than men suffer from this condition. This pain can occur in a particular part of the knee or in the whole knee.
These home remedies can go a long way in relieving this pain. Be sure to try these methods, especially if the pain is mild.
The oldest and most tried and tested method of relieving bone pain is to scalp the painful area. Squeezing the knees with a cold object reduces blood flow to the veins in this area, which reduces swelling. It also reduces pain.
۔ Take a handful of ice cubes and wrap them in a thin towel.
۔ Squeeze the sore spot for 5 to 6 minutes.
۔ Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a day.
۔ Add two teaspoons of vinegar to two cups of water. Drink this fluid little by little throughout the day. Daily use of this tonic will reduce knee pain.
۔ In addition, adding one to two cups of vinegar to a tub of hot water and soaking the knees for 5 minutes is also very beneficial.
۔ It is useful to mix olive oil with vinegar and massage it on the knees.
۔ Take a small piece of ginger and boil it in a cup of water for 2 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it with a little honey and a few drops of lemon. This tea can be drunk 3 to 4 times a day.
2. Knee massage with ginger oil can also help relieve pain.
۔ Put a teaspoon of crushed ginger and a teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of water and boil for 5 minutes. Filter it and add a little honey. Use this fluid twice a day.
۔ A teaspoon of turmeric and a little honey in hot milk can also be taken to relieve knee pain.
۔ Take one or two lemons and cut them into small pieces.
۔ Wrap the pieces in a muslin cloth. Soak the package in hot sesame oil for a while.
۔ Then place on your knees and leave for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drinking lemon juice in warm water every morning gives relief in knee pain.
