Today's inflation has broken everyone's back. No matter how much you save, there are some things that you need to buy, but by buying, your pocket becomes very light. Among such things are ketchup, fruit jam and children. Includes favorite chocolate sauce. But now you can easily make these things at home.
How to Sterilize a Bottle
Always use glass jars and bottles to make ketchup, sauce and fruit jam.
To sterilize bottles and lids, wash them thoroughly with dish soup and boil in hot water for fifteen minutes.
Dry with a dry, clean cloth and leave in the air for a while and make sure there is no moisture.
Never add a steel spoon and a wet or greasy spoon to homemade pickles, ketchup, sauces and sauces.
One kilo of tomatoes
Half a cup of sugar
A tablespoon of salt
Pepper ten grains
Large cardamom two to three
Clove and cinnamon one, one
One small onion
Ginger one inch piece
Half a cup of vinegar
Red pepper powder half a teaspoon
Boiled potatoes half
Two to three glasses of water
Half a spoon of mustard powder
A quarter teaspoon of fennel
One tablespoon of red food karang
Wash and chop the tomatoes and put them in water and cook on low heat for three to four hours so that the water dries and becomes a thick tomato pulp.
Put pepper, cinnamon, cloves, fennel and large cardamom in a muslin cloth and make a bundle.
Now put the tomato pulp, hot spice packet, and all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low heat for half an hour.
Now grind the remaining mixture (bundle, onion, garlic, ginger and extract) and grind the remaining mixture through a fine sieve and cool. Ketchup is ready.
Put half the ketchup in a sterilized bottle and enjoy.
Add chopped red pepper, garlic powder and two tablespoons of vinegar to half the ketchup, the chili garlic sauce will be ready.
Two cups of strawberries
A cup of sugar
Three tablespoons of lemon juice
Wash and dry the strawberries (no moisture left) and cut them into small pieces, add sugar and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, put the strawberries in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the strawberry pieces are dissolved and the mixture is as thick as a string of syrup.
Now add lemon juice to this mixture and cool and put in a sterilized bottle and keep in the fridge.
Half a cup of cocoa powder
Tablespoon of flour
Three-fourths cup of powdered sugar
One and a half cup of milk
Two teaspoons of butter
Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Half a cup of dark chocolate
Sift the cocoa powder, flour and sugar, boil the milk in a saucepan, reduce the heat and add butter, vanilla essence and pumpkin dark chocolate.
Now slowly add the dry mixture (flour, sugar and cocoa powder) to the milk mixture and keep stirring the spoon continuously and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes (the roughness of the flour is removed) and the sauce thickens.
Finally add a pinch of salt and refrigerate in a sterilized bottle.
