For Pizza Base:
2 Cups of maida or all purpose flour
1/4 Cup water
1/2 Tsp oregano
1 and 1/2 Tsp active dry yeast
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp oil
Salt to taste
1 Small green bell pepper or capsicum
1/4 Cup Paneer
2-3 mozzarella cheese
Some chili flakes
To Make Dough:
To activate the yeast, mix 1 tsp sugar with 1/4 cup of warm (not hot water). Then add 1 & 1/2 tsp active dry yeast and mix well. Cover and keep it aside for 10 min.
After 10 min, the yeast should froth up.
Now, in a big bowl, take 2 cup plain flour (maida). Add some salt to taste, 1/2 tsp oregano and mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add yeast mixture to the bowl and make a medium soft dough by adding a litter water at a time.
Knead this dough for 10-15 min and add a splash of water if you feel the dough has become dry.
Apply 1/2 tsp oil on the finished dough and keep it aside in a warm place by covering it using a damp cloth. After approximately 1 hr, the dough should double up in size.
Take dough after one hour make round chapati and place on pizza plate.
On top of pizza base add pizza sauce (available in market) add cheese and add all chopped vegetables
And add paneer
Take a large kadhai or a vessel and add a layer of salt
Place a ring over the salt layer and cover it with a lid. Preheat it on a high flame for 15 min.
Gently place the pizza plate on the ring, place the lid back on it. Bake this pizza for 10-15 min on a high flame.
After 10-15 min, the pizza crust should become golden in color. Add pepper powder and chilli flucks on top.
Cut the pizza in 4-6 pieces depending on the size. Pizza is ready try with tomato kichup
