Neck Muscle Massage - Place your hands on the neck muscles behind your ears. Turn your head to the right and left with pressure on your neck muscles. Also, massage the neck muscles in a circular motion with your fingers to maintain tension and increase blood flow.
Press the side muscles - When you press or squeeze the muscles on your side, it gives great relief from neck pain. Sit with your back straight in a sitting posture and place your palms around your neck. Bring your head back a little and slowly lower to the left. Similarly, do it from the right side.
