RAAGI HAALBAI
INGREDIENTS:
Raagi:1/4 cup
jaggery:1and 1/2 cup
water:nearly 7to8 cups for overall procedure
ghee : 1tbsp
PROCDURE:
soak ragi for overnight , and grind it well,strain all milk from ragi,add 5 to 6 cups of water, take a pan add 2 cups of water and jaggery to it and stir well.
now add jaggery water to it and mix well.now turn on the gas flame keep on stirring continuously by adjusting the flame till 45 min and it gets thick . now grease the plate with ghee pour this mixture and allow it to cool for an hour and cut it to your desired shape.
