The museum building, in the form of a semi-floor; in the form of galleries, spread over two floors, shows only part of the original collection. There are 3 galleries on the ground floor and 3 galleries on the first floor. Exhibitions on various subjects are displayed in separate galleries. Each gallery is very large and has many specimens, including the fourth century. There are plans for a new Islamic gallery, where Islamic specimens and copies of the Qur'an will be displayed.
In addition to the galleries, there is a library, reading room, publishing and education department, chemical protection lab, sales counter, cafeteria, etc.
