Ingredients Required:
Bombay Rava(1 cup)
Oil
Onions
Carrots
Beans
Peas
Capsicum(1)
Chillis(2-3)
Urad dal(1/2 tbsp)
Chana dal(1/2 tbsp)
Mustard Seeds
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Grated Coconut
Water (2 cups)
Preparation Method:
Chop finely carrots,beans ,onions,chillis and capsicum,curry leaves and coriander leaves.In Pan heat the oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves once it splutters add urad dal and chana dal saute it till becomes golden yellow.Add finely cut vegetables into pan and fry it.Add required water once the water is boiled add rava and stir it.Cook it in low flame until the upma is cooked.Keep the lid covered and simmer the stove.Once upma is ready add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.Vegetable upma is ready to serve.
